
Meet our nurses:
Sandy (She/Her) is a passionate Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She founded T25 Clinic and is all about making healthcare accessible, confidential, and non-judgmental for young people. Sandy brings a mix of clinical and counselling skills to create a safe, supportive space, and is a big believer in nurse-led, community-based care.
Mim (She/Her) is an Advanced Practice Nurse with experience in palliative care, emergency, and remote nursing. She’s passionate about inclusive, person-centred care and believes everyone deserves access to safe, respectful healthcare—no matter where they are or who they are. Mim brings a calm, caring approach and a strong commitment to health equity.


Lori (She/Her) is a warm and grounded Mental Health Practitioner with a background in trauma-informed, psychology-based counselling. She has years of experience supporting both adults and young people through a range of mental health challenges. In the T25 program, Lori focuses on building trust, emotional safety, and helping young people feel heard and supported.
Maddy (She/Her) is a dedicated Youth Worker who’s all about creating safe, inclusive spaces for young people to be themselves. She brings a calm, supportive energy and is passionate about walking alongside young people as they navigate life’s challenges. Maddy believes in the power of connection, and her approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and genuine care.


Emma (She/Her) is a compassionate and experienced nurse with a background in primary health, oncology, and palliative care. She brings warmth, kindness, and a gentle presence to her work, helping young people feel safe, heard, and supported. Emma is passionate about providing care that meets people where they’re at and creating a space where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
Dr Eliza (She/Her) is our friendly and open-minded General Practitioner who’s been working in medicine since graduating in 2012. She brings a non-judgmental approach to every consult and is passionate about supporting young people to feel heard, respected, and in control of their health. Eliza creates a calm, welcoming space where nothing is off-limits.
